Very bad job at the hotel
We went to Tunisia, to the mirage beach club. They were not satisfied with the girl from Pegasus, Natalya. Not polite, does not give a phone for communication. The only goal is to impose excursions on the first meeting and that's it. Then she didn't even say hello. We traveled everywhere on our own. They got into her unpleasant conversations with tourists, when the bus did not pick them up, they were rude not covered.

Wonderful hotel
We liked everything in the hotel! The staff is friendly and helpful, they help you with everything. More than enough food. Children are very fond of. Everyone is smiling and happy.
