In general, I endured for a long time, but having received a "zero" response to our claim from the Pegasus management and not a drop of apologies, now I will write a review about this HORRIBLE company wherever I can. As they say, the first and the last are most remembered. That's what we remember most of all the last day of rest, when we passed as expected in 12 rooms, and after half an hour we found out that we were more unwanted guests in the hotel, namely - for all drinks, even for ordinary water, for lunch and dinner we have to pay.
