My husband and I used the services of the "Northern Crown" twice - in May 2011 (went to Crete) and in October 2012 (were in Egypt, in Hurghada). Both times we were very satisfied with the services of the agency, Victoria Nedviga worked with us. The recommended hotels justified themselves, the rest was a success both times. Victoria treated us like her relatives :), it's very nice.
