Absolutely disregard for customers. Accompanying Anastasia Popova is both laughter and sin: a person cannot speak normally even in their native Ukrainian, she absolutely does not care about tourists, she talks nonsense all the way (do not expect that they will tell you about sights or show an interesting film, you will watch in Orel and Reshka at best and listen to her "interesting" stories from life, she is constantly rude and lying.
