Just got back from a trip to Uman. Two night crossings, a day in Uman. The fun began in Kharkov. When buying a seat, the number was one. And the office said that this is your place. Well ok. Calling back and warning before the trip, no one said that the order of places had been changed! Not shifted, but changed. The buses had no organizers at the time of boarding.
