Booked and paid for the tour a month before the holiday, Turkey, Marmaris, Grand Cettia Hotel 4 *. The choice of hotel was guided by the positive reviews of famous guides and sites for tourists. In Ukraine, everything was fine, the manager of TUI Ukraine told us that the hotel confirmed the reservation, we paid the full cost of the tour, about a week before departure received a full package of documents: tickets, insurance, travel vouchers, which indicated the hotel booked.
