Extremely negative experience. Travel agency is incompetent.
We turned to this travel agency because they and another company can provide a bus tour for children. Prices were constantly changing, growing by leaps and bounds, as a result, it turned out to be finally agreed when we began to refuse their services. Due to the fault of this travel agency, our trip almost fell through, as the director of the agency, Natalia Pikulina, did not bother to fill out the forms correctly.
