SHAME
Absolutely incompetent staff, especially the director Aptova Maria, this travel agency is not able to simply book a tour, the third time they could not book a hotel in Bulgaria and in the end we were left without rest! why do such firms exist at all, and people like Aptova Maria cannot be hired at all, let alone appointed as a director! SHAME
