January 24, 2015 applied for visas - today February 25, 2015. The documents have not been returned yet. Every day there are excuses. Yesterday, for example, they were waiting for a courier. I warned that I would be here today at 10-00 in the morning (work from 10-00 to 20-00). Arrived at 10:30 and the doors were closed. They don't call, they don't explain what's going on.
