good travel agency, respect, but the organization is lame
I really liked the Cleopatra Hotel in general, except for bed linen and bedspreads with terrible stains. As for the tour, we did not get the promised 4 seats, we were seated for a long time and were given the 3rd row. But on excursions and on the way back to Kyiv, these places were occupied by other people from Odessa, who categorically did not want to change with us, they say, these places were prescribed to them by Anga Travel.
