Disgusting company
I promised to write to them, and so I write. Disgusting company, snickering and insolent! For the tour operator to whom we make money, they behave very rudely, very impudently, they are rude, they lie, and they lie insolently, and then they say that these are your problems. I will describe a specific situation: Vietnam April 2018, as always, when checking in, a hotel guide arrives and tells about excursions.
