I have already warned all my friends not to contact this tour. operator, I want to warn those who are not familiar. We bought a tour to the LONG BEACH RESORT 4 * hotel from this company. I don't know who could give it 4*, from my experience - maximum 2* (very dirty, constant smell of mold, dirty linen). I was very surprised by the complete unwillingness of the staff to communicate at least in some broken Russian (in the hotel, 80% of vacationers are Russian speakers).
