This agency was recommended to me. I must say that the first impression was very positive. Everyone was talking, explaining, smiling. But, judging by the result, I can say that they told a lot of unnecessary things in order to chat with the client, but missed important things. So, they did not have information about the quality of the rooms. As a result, the room was very tired and terribly dirty.

Information about the hotel on the company's website is very colorful, which is misleading. In reality, the rooms are terrible. Vacation ruined. The medical insurance that was sold in the package is, in fact, bullshit. I do not recommend!

Dirty rooms, poorly cleaned, hair, nails, blood stains, sand, ants
We arrived at the hotel early in the morning. As we were recommended, they gave money at the reception in order to give a better and faster room. After 15 minutes the room was arranged.
