Terrible organization and irresponsibility
My wife and I booked the tour "Czech Republic + Berlin", in the program of which there are visits to the Detenice castle. The manager Tatyana Stepanyuk assured me very warmly on the phone that it was Image Travel that organized this tour, there was no need to worry about the tour. A week before the tour, I called Image Travel and found out that Tatyana had gone on vacation, she had transferred her affairs to another manager who did not know anything about me and my wife, Tatyana Stepanyuk did not transfer our documents with her wife.
