We will no longer use tui services
The Euphoria Tekirova Hotel was not ready to receive tourists after the quarantine. It would not be bad to know about this before arrival, but partisans work in the Tui and everything came as a surprise to us. In general, we will not fly with tui anymore.

Very disappointed
We rested in this hotel with two families with children, tour operator - Tui. The attitude and service disappointed and upset to tears. Due to the fact that the hotel opened 3 days before our arrival, it was completely unprepared to receive tourists.
