They wanted to go to Greece very late, on July 13 they saw a ticket for the 18th to Rhodes from St. Petersburg. We contacted our agent, who had already sent us many times. She began to deal with the design of our tour through the Vila tour. As a result: they tried twice to leave them for Rhodes. There were plane tickets, they made money for the reservation, they waited a day for confirmation, in the end they REFUSED us, although the tickets still remained for the plane.
