The company has a representative office with a pleasant manager in Poltava. Ksenia patiently and carefully led us to a decision that was the most acceptable for us. Then, over the phone, she carefully accompanied me from the moment of obtaining international passports to departure to Antalya, plus booking a minibus from Kyiv to Poltava upon returning from vacation.

The hotel is cozy, with a green landscape, great animation.
We chose the hotel because we prefer to relax in a bungalow, with a green area, where there is a mode "Ultra all inclusive (UAI, Ultra all inclusive)". The move in went without any problems.
