Good afternoon, on Tuesday my husband and I chose a tour and paid in full, but on Thursday we were told that we had to pay a couple of thousand more, because there were no places at the selected tour operator (the reason for the price increase), we refused to pay extra and asked for a refund funds back to the account. As a result, on Friday the manager Anastasia wrote us more options.
