Upon arrival at 3 am, the owner of the hotel (Italian) did not even offer to drink some water. She was not in the room, not even glasses. Swindlers...
We bought a tour to Albania from 15.09 to 22.09. We were taken 2 days of rest due to the transfer. You may be surprised, but the transfer was essentially 10 hours one way, and even to another country (!!!). We flew to Montenegro instead of Albania. And we drove another 500 (!!!) km to the hotel. Moreover, through two countries. Now imagine our state, after 2 hours of flight, and then 9 hours in a row by car.
