LEAD TOUR Groups in Paris simply forgot about their tourists by not providing a paid transfer. Not only did they silently change the hotel, we, the tourists, found out about this only in Paris, so they did not provide a transfer to the airport. They waited until the last minute, called the representative office in Paris - an answering machine, when there was an hour left before the plane, they took a taxi.
