No customer service!!!
Good afternoon, I read the reviews on the operator's website. And I want to share my story! Especially the client-oriented operator. We booked a tour to Rixos Tekirova in Kemer back in March. Upon arrival at the airport, my mother and child were told that since there was a terrorist attack in Istanbul, people did not leave the hotel. And they offered them a 5-ku, but a very old one - Zigan's club.
