I purchased a ticket for 9 nights to Bulgaria, to Sozopol from this travel agency, the tour operator is TK-WELT. Ticket prices are more expensive than in other travel agencies, the hope was that the service would be of high quality. The departure was terrible: instead of the declared bus Poltava-Sozopol with a departure at 13:00 there was a bus Odessa-Varna at 19:00.
