We arrived for the first time at the invitation, and therefore tuned in, as they say, for the worst. But! Were pleasantly surprised. As for the villa: 5 storey building with 10 studios for rent.

The hotel exceeded our expectations
My colleagues and I came here to meet with partners. The business trip budget was quite sufficient to stay in a hotel, and not in the private sector with a granny. Already on the plane we came across an advertisement for the Yalta-Intourist hotel and decided to stay there.
