Promises and only
Agent Anna was quite friendly, but when you go to a travel agency, you expect good services in organizing a vacation. Even on the phone I was assured that they could make for me exactly the hotel that I myself chose on the Internet. I wanted Jumeirah Zabeel Saray in Dubai. The reason is a hotel with excellent design, location and content, and most importantly, about 80% of non-Slavs rest there (I have nothing against it, but it’s more pleasant for me to lie on the beach and not understand other people’s conversations).
