Good vacation
Just returned from this hotel and writing a review. In general, I liked the hotel and most of the staff. But there was one unpleasant incident during check-in, which did not allow us to rate the hotel higher.

Positive pleasant stay
I read the following review and was somehow upset, since I myself returned from Vodograi just the other day. All the employees are extremely polite, no one "grimaces", I saw everyone for 9 days of my stay and never saw anything like that.
