Organization - zero with a minus!
Just got back from the European Fantasy tour. Cities are great! But this is not the merit of the tour operator. I'll start in order... Documents were submitted 6 weeks before the last day, it was impossible to get any information about visas - according to Delta Travel employees, passports are issued at the Hungarian Consulate only 1-2 days before the start of the trip.
