Our tour is on fire!
In the last minute store, we bought a tour to Thailand to Pattaya on 03/03/2013 a month before departure. A week before departure, they promised to issue all documents and air tickets. We called several times a day, but we were fed with promises, only a few hours before departure we were told that the flight was canceled. In fact, no one canceled it, it was just that the plane flew away to Phuket, and they sold us a non-existent tour.
