Scam, never get involved
We ordered a tour for March, at Meraki Resort (Adults Only), due to quarantine, it was postponed to September. Upon arrival in the evening, already in the transfer, we were told that the Sunrise anex network has not been working for a month and a half and we are being taken to Beach Albatros, if you don’t like something, call the hotline. Well, it’s just one in the same: my wife and I wanted a hotel without children, with a 2-kilometer beach and fantastic reviews, but we got a lousy hotel with a focus on family vacations with a beach of 120 meters, practically no WI-FI, vile staff and a bunch local.
