We chose a tour operator specifically for Bulgaria, we settled on this, since you can pre-book a tour and redeem it 7 days before departure, the declared price is true and does not change. I had to go to the office only 2 times - to buy a tour and pick up passports with a visa, the rest by e-mail, the host company in Bulgaria - Bon-Tour, there are also no complaints.

The hotel was chosen based on reviews and location, the very center and everything is close - beaches, cafes, shops, the old town, pleased with the rooftop pool and jacuzzi, cleaning every day, change of linen every 4 days, snow-white linen with the hotel logo, but slippers and there are no bathrobe...
