Bought 4!!! vouchers to Bulgaria - they all chose themselves, the hotel, the number of days, all by themselves - via the Internet, because. in this travel agency, if only to sell at a higher price, if you choose something cheaper, they start to intimidate that they will not be held responsible and all that!!!! Thank God that we all chose ourselves - the hotel, the staff - everything is just wonderful, and this despite the fact that our hotel is 3+ on the website of this travel agency, 3+ on the tour, but in fact - 2+ stars! )))) Everything was wonderful, and the rest, and the country, and the service - all at the highest level BUT !!!!!!! When the bus left for Bulgaria, our seats were 4.
