UNFORTUNATELY I took a tour from TUI for the first time in 22 years ... The last time. Vacation ruined. All the work of the agency is based on cunning and vile schemes. They confuse the tourist - and either rest in horror, or pay. Managers are rude, just rude. NEVER EVER TUI...EVER.
