1) boor at the reception, the rest of the staff is very friendly, 2) food (not tasty, monotonous, ) 3) good rooms, but (no cleaning and linen change for 12 days!!! ) 4) the sea is amazing !

from not bad to rude
we chose the options ourselves, we didn’t really wait for help, having arrived at the agency I wanted not to delay and decide on the tour. having asked the girl about the chosen hotel, we received absolutely incorrect information (we found out about it already on the spot) then a blank wall and rudeness on the part of the operator, zero desire to help and correct the error of the employee.
