I won’t delve too deeply into the topic of how long it all took to complete, in short, We arranged a bus tour to Italy through Accord, the client who was traveling was an ordinary woman, she provided all the documents and certificates, nothing foreshadowed any troubles there .... called up with her for 2 days after departure, everything was ok, as a few days later they called us and said that she had RUN !!!!!! Naturally, they are now looking for her, but now we have problems.
