I would like to express my regret and disappointment from the tour "European Capitals" organized by BS Travel. To begin with, the operator actually offers an agreement for the sale of the tour, the terms of which are contrary to the Law of Ukraine and the law on consumer protection, the operator sends the agreement after we have booked the tour. At the same time, the contract clearly states that sightseeing tours are included in the price of the tour.
