Rudeness of guides, lack of information
Rested with a friend in Pattaya from 2 to 12 October 2014. Beverly Plaza Hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone in my life: there are no balconies in the rooms, it stinks of mold, at the reception they answer any request "later" and the hotel is also densely populated by Indians !!! Why the representatives of Natalie Tours didn’t tell us the last fact, I still don’t understand .
