Decent travel agency, where professionals who know their business work. We visited many agencies in Kirovograd. They didn't inspire confidence. Since this was the first trip abroad for us, we were very worried about paperwork and how to navigate at the airport in Kyiv and in Greece, Thessaloniki. The excitement was in vain, as the company's employees kept in touch with us throughout the trip.

We were pleasantly surprised by the attitude towards the client at the RIVIERA agency. We went abroad for the first time. We were very worried about paperwork and how to navigate at the airport, both in Kyiv and in Greece, Thessaloniki.
