I chose the company based on reviews and convenient location for me. I was not mistaken. Director Bukhtiyarova Elena, in my opinion, is from that breed of people who know how to listen and hear. She offered only proven hotels, was attentive to the slightest wishes, was interested in our vacation before, during and after the trip, demonstrating interest in the quality of our vacation.

A very decent hotel.
The hotel was advised by the travel agency manager, based on our wishes. We arrived at the hotel around 23:00, and the reception seemed to be just waiting for us. While we had dinner, we were issued quickly and without problems.
