"manager" who met us at the travel agency "Smart plaza" - we chose 2 hotels, the question of which is better and how different was heard the answer "well this is better" - we immediately noticed a "qualified person", but made a discount on evening, maybe the crowd was tired, of course we received absolutely no information from her, everyone monitored and found out for themselves, I sincerely hope that this girl works as a security guard, and there was simply no manager.
