Couldn't get my money back!!! Deception and rudeness
We were looking for a tour to Asia for the new year. Contact the named agency. We chose a tour, quite expensive, because. it's still a new year. Manager Olesya clarified that the air carrier may request a small surcharge, you need to pay 50% now to book the tour, and wait for confirmation for several days. We paid half as needed - 121,000, three days later we received an answer that we need an additional payment of 40,000 (!) Per person plus the full cost of the tour! Manager Olesya knew about such surcharges.
