Convenient site, search, booking and all registration online. But in fact the hotel did not match either the photo, or the description, or the declared 4 * They asked me to write an email complaint about this, they wrote. And that is all. forwarded to tour operator. 5 days of talking about nothing, absolutely nothing could help. So here is how lucky.

Never go there!
The hotel is not something that is 4 stars, even 3 does not pull. Hot water only 12 to 18 and if it's sunny outside. Old, dead, food is just awful - soy cutlets stuffed with spices and pasta drenched in sunflower oil.

No organization - bus vacation
Bought tickets to Bulgaria from Kyiv. Departure there was at 8.00. This is how we left, but as it turned out, we go first to Khmelnitsky, and then in Ternopil we change to another bus. With all these stops, we arrived at the border by 23.00. We passed the Ukrainian one quickly, and stopped at the Romanian one at about 12 am, collected our passports.
