God forbid to contact such a travel agency
The expression - "Thank you for SURVIVED" really refers to this travel agency. Exactly a year ago, I went with my husband and 2 children on vacation to Bulgaria. Everyone who traveled with us bought a ticket from different tour operators, but in the end, everyone had a package of documents from ILTUR. On the way to Bulgaria at about 5 am (also on the territory of Romania) we had an accident - the driver fell asleep, and the 2nd floor.
