Giving false information when booking
I booked a house for the New Year holidays through this travel agency. One of the main conditions that we needed was 2 separate bedrooms, because. two different families were traveling, one of which had a child of three years. We found an option, according to the manager Tatyana (office in the Aquarium shopping center), with two hotel rooms, two separate exits for each family.
