HORROR! DO NOT RECOMMEND
Booked a tour to Bukovel. There were a couple of conditions that I asked for and for which I paid extra. 1. The room has one large bed and one small bed. 2. Ride in a compartment with 3 people in one. The office said we'll do everything, don't worry. The day before departure, I called to find out that everything was fine (I called 3 different employees in the office, the person who put us on the train in Kyiv and the person who met us at the IF) and there were no jambs.
