Sent to a terrible hotel, the director of the agency - Sirenko Irina Grigorievna during our visit was absent "for 15 minutes" and came only an hour later, without even apologizing. Didn't report any negative reviews for this hotel since early July. She reproached us for the cost of phone calls to Turkey about the problem. The hotel is called "Soli Beach", located in Alanya.
