New Year in Zakopane
Until now, I have not waited for an apology and explanation regarding my written complaint, handed over by courier on January 24th. 2012 representative of the travel agency TAtur gr. Golovchenko in the firm's office. In essence, the complaint: when boarding a bus in Lviv on 29 Dec. 2012 I was not on the lists, there was no passport. It turned out that the guide of the second group, Vitya, was calmly going to Kovel with my passport in his pocket.
