I do not advise you to contact Seven Seas in St. Petersburg. I had the pleasure of going to Finland for the new year. For a start, they lost their visa photos and blamed the consulate. Taking into account the fact that a person lives in another city, it was a problem to keep up with new photos. Several times I turned to the manager with a question whether the guide would have all the documents, including insurance.
