Complete disregard for customers
This year we flew to the Crimea with my family, an air tour to the Crimea from Samara. Came back 2 days ago. We bought a tour from a Samara company, they explained to us that the host party and the tour operator BS TRAVEL organizes Samara-Simferopol charters for the first year. We were seduced by a good hotel, VERY good price and only 2 hours flight instead of the usual two days by train to Crimea.
