Terrible operator, beware!
The customer support center is just a bunch of stupidity! I had to top up my account 4 times to get answers to elementary questions, just awful! Then they came to buy a tour, the employee really does not know anything. They paid, they promised to give the ticket in a couple of days, in the end we received it on the last day, 12 hours before departure (there was a bus tour departure at 5 am).
