Good travel agency - managers know their stuff
In search of a tour for the New Year on the Internet, I went to the Solaris travel agency - I saw a very interesting tour in Tenerife from them. Having called and received answers that the tour is still there, I went to their office. Managers are friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. we picked up a hotel, processed the documents pretty quickly, I made an advance payment for the tour and went home with peace of mind.
