We have not received our money for 4 months!
What this company and its director are doing is just a disgrace, a mockery of people. We ordered a tour to Tunisia, paid the entire amount a month before the trip, we were told that the tour was booked. Only the day before departure we were informed that we were not flying anywhere. After a while, it turned out that it turns out that the tour was not even booked for us (this was told to us by the tour operator).
